Integrations

Let your app send email, add AI features like a chatbot, and connect to tools such as Microsoft 365.

Your Kuika AI app can send its own email, include AI features, and connect to the tools your team already uses. You ask for each one in the chat, and Kuika AI writes the app for it. Most of the setup lives under More.

Send email from your app

Ask for it in plain words, for example "email the customer when an order ships". Kuika AI creates the message and sends it from your app. You choose who delivers it.

  1. Open More, then Email.
  2. Pick a Provider. Kuika AI's own sender works with no setup but has a strict daily limit. You can also use your own mail server or an email service account.
  3. Fill in Sender name, Sender address and, if you like, Reply-to.
  4. Save, then select Send test email to check it.

Passwords and keys are saved as secrets and never shown again. The panel shows Ready to send when everything is in place, and tells you what is missing otherwise. If a code does not arrive, the Last failed send line names the reason.

Your app can also read a mailbox, for example a support inbox. Set it up in the Inbox section of the same panel, use Test connection, then tell Kuika AI what to do with new mail, such as "turn every email to support into a ticket".

The sign-up and password-reset emails of your app use the same provider and carry your app's name and logo.

Add AI features to your app

Ask for the feature you want:

  • a chatbot or assistant on its own screen, or as a round button on every screen
  • summaries of long text
  • extraction, such as turning a photo of a receipt into form fields
  • classification, such as sorting tickets into categories
  • an assistant that can take actions in the app for the signed-in user, after they approve

Your app needs no AI key. By default these features spend credits from your organization's pool, counted apart from building. If you prefer, add your own provider key under More, then AI, then Settings, and the calls go to your own account instead. Saving a key needs billing permission.

The assistant only helps with your app and politely declines anything else.

The AI panel

Once your app has an AI feature, More, then AI, lets you watch it. Overview shows requests, success rate and credits. Conversations shows what people asked and what the assistant answered. Runs lists the latest runs. In Settings you can set daily or monthly Budgets for the whole app or for one user. Only people who can edit the app see these tabs.

Connect to tools like Microsoft 365

Under More, then Integrations, you add a connection to an account such as Microsoft 365. Then you ask the chat for the feature, for example "show my latest Outlook emails" or "post a message when an order is approved".

If your workspace has it enabled, an admin first sets up the connection once. They also decide whose identity the app uses: each person connects their own account, or the app signs in as itself. Kuika AI never asks you to paste a password or key in the chat.

For tools that are not in the list, Kuika AI can still call the tool's web service from your app. It will tell you which key to add on the Secrets page.
