Pricing

Pay for the work, not for seats.

Kuika Gate runs on credits. You add them when you need them, your whole team builds from one balance, and you can see where every credit went.

Kuika Gate uses credits instead of subscriptions or per-seat fees. Building and editing apps with AI uses credits from a balance your workspace shares, while greetings, clarifying questions and running your app in the preview are free.

Credits, in plain words.

One shared balance, clear limits and no surprises on the bill.

Questions, answered.

How does Kuika Gate pricing work?

You pay with credits. Building and editing apps with AI uses credits from your workspace’s shared balance. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee, and you add credits only when you need more.

Is Kuika Gate free to try?

Yes. Every new workspace gets starter credits to build a first app. Greetings and Gate’s clarifying questions are always free, so you can explore before you spend anything.

What happens when we run out of credits?

New building and editing stops and Gate shows that the workspace is out of credits. Nothing you built is lost. Someone with billing access adds credits, and you continue where you left off. Credits do not renew by themselves.

Can I control how much each person spends?

Yes. An admin sets a default limit for the workspace and exceptions for any member. A limit can reset every month, be a fixed amount, or be unlimited. If a member hits their limit, the rest of the team can keep building.

Do the people who use my app cost credits?

Only when your app has AI features, like a chatbot or an assistant. Those use credits from the same workspace balance, counted apart from building. If the app has its own AI provider key, those calls go to that key instead.

If I stop a request halfway, am I charged?

You pay for the AI work that had already started when you stopped. Nothing new starts after that, and the run’s credit count shows exactly what it used.

How do I see where credits go?

The workspace Credits page shows the balance, what was spent, and an estimate of how long it will last. Analytics break spending down by member, app and model, and every movement is listed.

How do companies pay?

Companies that need their own hosting, company sign-in or custom terms work with our sales team on an agreement that fits. Contact sales to talk it through.
