Security

Safe by default, from the first screen.

Every Gate app starts with sign-in, roles and its own database. Gate checks the code before it leaves your hands, and you decide where it runs.

Kuika Gate builds apps with security in place from the start: each app has its own database, ready-made sign-in and role-based permissions, and an automatic security scan. Secrets stay encrypted and out of the chat, and companies can host apps on Kuika Cloud or on their own servers.

Have a security questionnaire?

Send it to us. We will answer it and walk your security team through how Gate works.

Questions, answered.

Is Kuika Gate secure enough for company apps?

Gate is built for company use: apps come with sign-in, role-based permissions enforced on the server, a security scan and encrypted secrets. Companies add company sign-in (SSO), an audit log and hosting on Kuika Cloud or their own servers.

Where is my app’s data stored?

Each app has its own database. While you build, the preview runs in your browser with your own test data. Published apps run on Kuika Cloud or, for companies, on your own servers.

Does the security scan stop me from publishing?

Critical code findings stop your code from syncing to GitHub until you fix them or dismiss them with a reason. Publishing is not blocked, but Gate tells you how many critical findings are still open.

How are API keys and passwords handled?

They go on the Secrets page, where values are encrypted and never shown back. When the app needs a key, Gate asks for it in a secure card, so the key never passes through the chat.

Can we use our company sign-in?

Yes. Your team can sign in to Gate with your company account, and web apps you build can use OIDC, SAML or LDAP / Active Directory, with company groups mapped to app roles.

Do you have security certifications?

We do not list certifications on this site. If your company needs a security review, send us your questionnaire and we will answer it in detail.
