CRM

A CRM shaped like your sales process.

Clients, deals, pipeline stages and follow-ups, named the way your team talks about them.

Kuika Gate is a no-code CRM builder: describe your clients, deals and pipeline stages, and Gate builds a working CRM with its own database, sign-in and roles that you can change any time by chatting.

Your stages, your fields

Tell Gate how you sell: the stages a deal goes through and what you track for each client. It builds exactly that, not a generic template.

  • Custom stages and fields
  • Clients, contacts and deals
  • Questions before it builds

Bring your contacts with you

Import your current contact list from a CSV file. Search, filter and edit records in data tables, and start from the example rows Gate adds when it builds the app.

  • CSV import and export
  • Filters and search on every table
  • Example rows to try the screens

Follow-ups that do not slip

Scheduled jobs can email each rep their open follow-ups every morning. Quotes and sales reports come out of the PDF report designer.

  • Daily follow-up emails
  • PDF quotes and reports
  • AI features like client summaries

The right access for each rep

Reps work on their own deals, managers see the whole team. Roles decide who can view, edit or delete each kind of record.

  • Roles and permissions
  • Sign-in for the whole team
  • Two-step verification

Questions, answered.

Can I build my own CRM without code?

Yes. Describe your clients, deals and stages in plain words. Kuika Gate builds the screens, the database and sign-in, and you change anything later by chatting or clicking on the screen.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes. Export your contacts as a CSV file and import them in the data panel. You can export them again the same way.

Can the CRM send emails?

Yes. Gate apps can send email, for example a daily list of follow-ups for each rep. Web apps can also connect to Microsoft 365 after a one-time setup by a workspace admin.

Why build a CRM instead of buying one?

If an off-the-shelf CRM fits, use it. Build your own when your stages and fields do not fit a standard product, or when the CRM needs to sit next to your other data. You can change it whenever your process changes.

Can I add AI to my CRM?

Yes. You can add AI features such as a summary of a client’s history or an assistant inside the app. They use credits from your workspace balance unless the app has its own AI provider key.
