Customer portals

A portal your clients can sign in to.

Give clients one place to sign in, check their orders and open requests, without emailing you every time.

Kuika Gate builds customer portals from a description: clients sign in with their own account and see only their own records, while your team works from the same data in its own screens.

Secure sign-in for every client

Sign-up, email verification, password reset and two-step verification come ready. For business clients, apps can also use company sign-in (SSO).

  • Email sign-up and verification
  • Password reset and two-step verification
  • Company sign-in for business clients

Each client sees their own data

Write the rule once, like "clients see only their own orders". Gate builds it into the screens and the back end, and gives your team a view of everything.

  • Separate screens for clients and staff
  • Permissions at table and screen level
  • Rules you can read in the plan first

Your brand, on web and phone

Use your colors and fonts across the portal. Need it on phones too? Gate can build a mobile app from the same description, on the same kind of data.

  • 30 themes or your own brand
  • Desktop, tablet and phone views
  • A mobile app if you need one

Try it before clients do

Publish to a test address with its own data and invite a few clients to try it. Production publishing on your own domain is for companies, enabled by Kuika.

  • Test address with its own data
  • Share with a link
  • Security scan for every app

Questions, answered.

What is a customer portal?

A website where your clients sign in to see their own information, like orders, requests or appointments, and to do simple things themselves. Kuika Gate builds one from a written description.

Can clients see only their own data?

Yes. Describe the rule and Gate applies it to the screens and the back end. Check it on a test address with a few client accounts before you share the portal widely.

Can clients sign in with their company account?

Yes, if you set up company sign-in (SSO) for the app. Otherwise clients sign in with email and password, with optional two-step verification.

Can the portal run on our own domain?

Production publishing with your own domain is available for companies, enabled by Kuika. Anyone can publish to a test address and share the link.
