Introducing Kuika AI

Kuika AI turns a plain description into a working app with screens, a database, sign-in and roles. Here is what it does, how it works and who it is for.

Kuika AI is an AI app builder for the people who know exactly what their team needs but never get a developer's time to build it. You describe an app in your own words. Kuika AI shows you a plan, builds the app, and runs it live in your browser. Then you keep shaping it by chatting or by clicking on the screen.

This post explains what Kuika AI does, how a typical build goes and what you get at the end.

Real apps, not mockups

Many tools can draw a screen. Kuika AI builds the whole app. Every app gets:

  • Screens that work: forms, lists, dashboards, detail pages, charts.
  • Its own database, filled with realistic sample data so the app makes sense on the first open.
  • Sign-in included: registration, email verification, password reset and optional two-step verification, without asking for it.
  • Roles and permissions, described in plain words, such as "managers approve, employees only see their own requests".

You can build a web app for the browser or a mobile app, which Kuika AI shows in a phone frame while you build.

How a build goes

You describe it. Write what the app is for, who uses it and what they do. Attach a screenshot, a PDF or a spreadsheet if you have one. Kuika AI reads it.

Kuika AI plans it. With Plan mode on, Kuika AI asks a few quick decisions and then shows a plan: the screens, the data, the color palette and the user flow. You can change it in a sentence. Nothing is built until you approve.

Kuika AI builds it. The screens appear one by one in the live preview. If something breaks along the way, Kuika AI notices and fixes it. When the build ends, a short card in the chat tells you how it went.

You shape it. Ask for changes in the chat. Kuika AI changes only what the request touches. Or click Edit design, select an element on the screen and change its color, font, spacing or text directly.

Made for the work that lives in spreadsheets

Most teams run important processes on shared spreadsheets and email: purchase requests, leave approvals, customer lists, equipment logs, booking sheets. These processes are too small for a software project and too important to live in a file that anyone can overwrite.

That is the space Kuika AI is built for. Some examples you can describe in a few sentences:

  • A purchase request app with a two-step approval above a set amount
  • A CRM with a deal board, follow-ups and a manager dashboard
  • A booking app with services, staff schedules and email reminders
  • A customer portal where each customer signs in and sees only their own records

Everything around the app

An app is more than its screens. Kuika AI covers the parts that usually stop a project:

  • Data you can manage: a Database view to edit rows, import and export CSV files, run queries and keep backups.
  • Automation: scheduled jobs and email, like "every Monday at 9:00, send each manager the open requests".
  • Documents: a report designer for PDFs such as invoices, labels and monthly reports.
  • AI inside your app: add an assistant that answers questions and uses the app's own actions, within each user's permissions.
  • Safety checks: a security scan before you publish, and version history so you can go back to any earlier state.

Share it, publish it, own it

Send a share link so someone can try the app with their own copy of the data. Invite colleagues to build with you. When a team is ready to use the app every day, publish it to the Test environment, which gets its own address and a shared database.

The code is yours. You can read it, download it as a ZIP file or keep it in sync with GitHub.

Built for teams and organizations

Kuika AI has organizations, workspaces and roles for the people who build apps, an editor lock so two people do not overwrite each other, comments on the preview and an audit log. Larger organizations can connect their company sign-in and run the apps they build on their own servers.

Start with one process

The best first app is a process you know well and that annoys you today. Write down who is involved, what they do and the one rule that always gets broken. That is your first prompt. Turn Plan mode on, read the plan and press "Create the app".

What will you build today?

Describe it in a sentence. Kuika AI does the rest.

Press Enter to build, Shift + Enter for a new line. You will review it in Kuika AI before anything starts.
