What Kuika AI is
Kuika AI is an AI app builder. You describe an app in your own words, and Kuika AI builds a working app with screens, its own database, sign-in and roles. The app runs live in your browser while you build it. You change it by chatting, or by clicking on the screen and editing what you see.
You can build two kinds of apps:
- Web apps that people open in a browser, on a computer or a phone.
- Mobile apps that Kuika AI shows in a phone frame while you build.
You never have to write code. If you are curious, the code is there to read and download, and it belongs to you.
A quick tour
- The home page. The big prompt box is where every app starts. Below it you choose Web or Mobile, pick a design system for the look, and switch Plan mode on or off. The paperclip attaches files, and Enhance prompt helps turn a short idea into a fuller description.
- The builder. Once you send a prompt, you land in the builder. The chat is on one side, the live preview on the other.
- The views. Above the preview you can switch between Preview, Code, Files, Database and Reports. More holds settings such as Users & access, Email, Scheduled jobs and Testing.
- Preview sizes. Switch between desktop, tablet and mobile views to see how the app fits each screen.
Try it
You do not need to build anything yet. Read this prompt and notice how it names people, actions and data. You will write one like it in the next lesson.
Build a simple team task board. Team members add tasks with a title, an owner and a due date, and move them between To do, In progress and Done. Each person sees their own tasks first.
Check yourself
